Looking like I had too much of paintball fun. Not to mention the worst pharyngitis of my whole life. Drinking plain water feels like scrubbing the back of my throat with sand paper.
Another family we had lunch with the previous week. Their family was down for similar length of time 2 weeks before with similar symptoms, but they didn't realize it's HFMD. They thought it was some sort of bad viral flu!

i thought you got it from school... was going to do a wise crack on smart kids aren't that clean ... but well you know.
