The March school holidays are around the weekend. Let's hope teachers don't load students with a crushing amount of homework. I remember having fun during the holidays, back when holidays meant rest and aimlessness. Sometimes we need to let our minds wander.

So begins the season of Lent, a period of 40 days before Easter. A season of reflecting on the sacrifice and sorrow of Jesus - the man who knew no sin but became sin for us that we may live.

On an earthly level, who in your life sacrificed him/herself for you? Reflect upon it and thank him or her today for it may be too late tomorrow.

So I turned 3# last Saturday. Was over at Keepsaker's place for a heart-warming dinner. Somehow turning one year older isn't that bad with Wifey, Faith and good friends around....
